Hi,

Do you encounter a problem when you try to join ?

Then read on - I'll try to explain several solutions to your problem

It won't let me submit ?

The processor is probably undergoing routine maintenance,   Very rare but it does happen.  The simplest route is to use an alternative 'Join' link on the join page.  There are always alternative methods available for this very reason.

Why am I told that my card is declined ?
Often one processor will accept a card whilst another will refuse it.  The simplest route is to use an alternative 'Join' link on the join page.  There are always alternative methods available for this very reason.

Here is what usually appears if your card is declined ...

If your card was declined, you would need to contact your bank/credit card company. The only reason we would block a credit card number is if it was reported used fraudulently or unauthorized . This is for your protection. If these do not apply, then only your credit card company can explain as to why you were declined.

Why does it "time out" on me ?
The processor servers are at times very slow, and you might have visited during "primetime". I am sorry about this.

Why is the order form button not responding ?
Again this occurs very rarely and is usually because the processing server is down. That has nothing to do with the site. And you can rest assured that it is being worked on. They know right away when the server is down. So please just try again :-) Alternatively use alternative 'Join' link, there are always two processors in place for this reason.
