I have introduced a 2nd level security check for members. Also to prevent automated login attempts you will now be asked to type in a word that appears below.

If you've forgotten your login please contact Support with some information to verify your identity - subscription id/email from the address you signed up with/ DNA profile :~) etc

If you cannot login please check your login is typed in correctly and your CAPS LOCK key isn't on. Your login is case-sensitive ie. 'b' is NOT 'B'. Problem persists? contact Support

If your choice of password on signing up was very insecure it may have been changed to afford your subscription better protection. Simply fire an email to Support from the email address you signed up with and we'll update you.

IN ALL CASES PLEASE CHECK OUR REPLY CAN GET PAST YOUR SPAM FILTER, HOTMAIL ACCOUNTS PLEASE CHECK YOUR 'JUNK' FOLDER.

Please do not keep trying over and over, the security system will block you!
